
Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions

1.1. The online store operated by Natalia Oracz, located at ul. Przedborowska 17, 47-280 Ostrożnica, Poland, is available at owlsome.shop

1.2. Contact with the store is possible via e-mail: owlsome.contact@gmail.com

1.3. These Terms and Conditions apply to consumers and entrepreneurs using the online store, unless a section is explicitly dedicated only to consumers or entrepreneurs.

1.4. Natalia Oracz is the data controller of personal data processed in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website, which describes the scope, purposes, legal basis of data processing, rights of data subjects, and use of cookies and analytical tools.

1.5. Definitions used in these Terms and Conditions:

Working Day – any day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Poland.

Order Form – an electronic form available in the online store enabling placement of an order, including product selection, delivery, and payment method.

Customer – a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, who enters or intends to enter into a sales agreement with the Seller.

Sales Agreement – an agreement for the sale of products between the Customer and Natalia Oracz via the online store.

Electronic Service – a service provided electronically by the Seller to the Customer via the online store website.

Product – resin figurines offered for sale in the online store.

Consumer Rights Act – the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).

2. Electronic Services Provided by the Online Store

2.1. The online store provides the following electronic services:

Order placement via the Order Form.

Optional account creation during order placement.

Newsletter subscription (optional).​

2.2. Technical requirements for using the online store include internet access, a compatible web browser, and e-mail access.
​
2.3. Customers must use the online store lawfully, provide accurate and truthful data, and refrain from submitting illegal content.

2.4. Complaints concerning electronic services can be submitted in writing to Natalia Oracz, ul. Przedborowska 17, 47-280 Ostrożnica or via e-mail at owlsome.contact@gmail.com . Complaints will be addressed without undue delay, no later than within 14 calendar days.

3. Terms of Concluding Sales Agreements
​
3.1. A sales agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order via the Order Form and the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
​
3.2. Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
​
3.3. The Customer is informed of the total price, including delivery costs and any other additional fees, before confirming the order.
​
3.4. For deliveries outside Poland, the Customer is responsible for any additional import duties or taxes.

4. Payment Methods and Terms
​
4.1. The following payment methods are available:

Bank transfer,

Online payments (e.g., credit/debit card, BLIK),

PayPal,
-
Cash on delivery (if applicable).

4.2. PayPal Payments:

Customers may select PayPal as a payment method during the order process.

After confirming the order, the Customer will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment gateway to complete the transaction.

Payment via PayPal requires an active PayPal account or, in some cases, allows for card payment without registration.

The Seller does not store or process the Customer’s PayPal login details or payment card data; all sensitive payment information is handled directly by PayPal.

The use of PayPal is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of PayPal (available at: https://www.paypal.com).

In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned to the same PayPal account or card used for the original payment.

4.3. Payment must be made prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.

4.4. The Seller reserves the right to verify the payment method and, in justified cases, refuse to process an order if there are reasonable doubts as to the security or legality of the transaction.

5. Delivery Costs, Methods, and Terms
​
5.1. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless the Seller specifies otherwise.
​
5.2. Delivery times are up to 14 working days from payment confirmation.
​
5.3. The Customer is informed of delivery costs and estimated delivery time during order placement.
​
6. Product Complaints
​
6.1. Customers have the right to file complaints regarding product defects or non-conformity.
​
6.2. Complaints must be submitted via e-mail to owlsome.contact@gmail.com or in writing to ul. Przedborowska 17, 47-280 Ostrożnica.

6.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt.
​
6.4. If the complaint is justified, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

7. Extrajudicial Complaint Resolution and Access to Procedures
​
7.1. Customers may use extrajudicial complaint and claim procedures available at consumer arbitration bodies or online dispute resolution platforms.

8. Right of Withdrawal
​
8.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product without giving any reason.
​
8.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller via an unequivocal statement (e.g., e-mail).
​
8.3. The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging to ul. Przedborowska 17, 47-280 Ostrożnica.
​
8.4. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product.
​
8.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
​
9. Provisions Regarding Entrepreneurs
​
9.1. If the Customer is an entrepreneur, consumer protection provisions do not apply unless otherwise stated.
​
10. Final Provisions
​
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect orders placed before the changes.
​
10.2. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
​
10.3. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
​
